After tasting many different English Breakfast teas we found this rare and organic full leaf tea sourced directly from Assam. It is composed of finely twisted leaves with golden tips making it smooth and full bodied. This English Breakfast is the highest quality single origin black tea grown in Assam.
According to our leaf to cup policy, we source this tea directly from a family in Assam who have been growing organic tea for over 50 years. It's a rare and delicious black tea that really hits the spot!
Enjoy with or without milk, and if you like things a little sweeter, add a touch of Jaggery.
Tasting Notes
Smoky, rich, hearty, floral, smooth and toasted caramel.
Directions for one serve
Put 1-2 heaped teaspoons in one small teapot. Add water at 100 degrees celsius and brew for 1-2 minutes until desired strength achieved. Add a dash of milk and sugar if desired.
