Art of Chai Workshop & Circle of Chai are finally held in person at Summer Hill's, The Little B.I.G House. Virtual attendance is still available too for both events!
Ginger /adhrak/ is the golden gift from the gods! We love it in everything - from chai, herbal teas and curries, to a surprising addition to apple crumbles!
In Ayurveda, ginger is heralded for its warming properties, making it the perfect spice to add to your tea to heat you up from the inside. When it's cold outside or I feel the sniffles coming on, I always add extra ginger to my morning chai or evening caffeine-free chai. Ginger is known for it's flu-fighting properties and to aid with digestion.
