Our Digestion tea has been formulated using ancient Ayurvedic principles by blending traditional Indian herbs and spices that are known to relax the tummy, cleanse your system and aid indigestion. This tea is perfect for those needing a digestive tea or a soothing tea after a heavy meal. The cumin seeds gives this tea a really grounding flavour, whilst the fennel seeds really uplift it - perfect for those needing a lovely after meal tea!
Directions for 2: Place 1 heaped teaspoon of tea into a large teapot. Add 500ml freshly boiled water. Brew for 3 minutes, or longer if a stronger taste is desired. Strain. Top up your teapot with more water to enjoy a second infusion.
