Jaggery is Indian natural unrefined sweetener sourced from sugar cane and is the ‘go to’ natural sweetener in many Indian cuisines, especially chai! The jaggery we source is an organic jaggery from India that perfectly compliments all the Chai Walli blends. This unique jaggery adds a malty and caramel sweetness that brings out the delicious flavours of the Chai Walli blends without overpowering it.
